Terms of Service

These terms of service bind everybody who visits masturbatewithstrangers.net; carrying on past this sentence counts as accepting them. Anyone who does not accept them should shut the tab.

1. Adults, and only adults

Visitors have to be 18 or above and, in addition, of legal age for sexual material where they are physically located. Anyone below that age must go. Answering yes on the 18+ card while underage is a violation of these terms.

2. A guide, not a chat company

This site is a written guide to meeting adults over webcam, plus a Start button that leads to a chat operated by another business. We operate no chat platform, hold no member profiles, save no recordings and verify nobody's identity in the chat. Those duties rest with the chat provider.

3. How the site earns money

A referral code is built into the Start button and a few further links. Chatting, signing up or buying through them can trigger a commission that the provider pays to us, and we add nothing of our own. Payments go straight from you to the provider under the provider's conditions; this site never touches them. No provider buys mentions, positions or praise in the guide.

4. Someone else runs the cams

Start opens the partner's cam site in a separate tab. Its features, prices, conduct rules and data practices are that provider's decisions, not ours. Account trouble, disputed charges or problems with other users are for the provider to sort out, so please contact it directly.

5. Behaviour in the chat

Wherever you chat after leaving from here, keep to the law and to the provider's rules. Recording or screenshotting someone needs their clear yes first. Pressure has no place in a session. If the person on the other side looks under 18, leave straight away and report them to the provider; reports about minors can go to the police as well.

6. Limits of our responsibility

We aim for accuracy in the guide, yet providers change their products and a page can go out of date. You get the site in its present condition, with no warranty. Our liability is excluded, within legal bounds, for outside services, for conduct or statements of other chat users, or for losses linked to using such services.

7. Our words and pictures

Texts, layout and graphics here are owned by this site. Quote a sentence or two with a link to the source if you like; reproducing whole passages or copying the look is not permitted.

8. Updates and questions
