2257 Statement

This statement concerns 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Nothing sexually explicit is photographed, filmed, ordered or stored by masturbatewithstrangers.net. The site is made of written guidance, a handful of plain illustrations and outbound links.

Because it makes and keeps no such pictures or films, the operator is neither a primary producer nor a secondary producer in the sense of the law cited above.

1. Video behind Start

Pictures on the cam site that Start opens come from the partner's servers and never pass through ours. The partner operates that service and answers for age checks on its performers and for any records it is legally bound to keep; no check of that sort is ours to run. Ask the partner about records relating to its streams.

2. Sites we link to

Each outside service reached through a link here is answerable for its own material and its own records, including naming a custodian where the law requires one.

3. Adults only
